Once again I felt how important these "bricks" are - the interior, the staff, the service, with the help of which the general impression of the clinic is formed. If everything is not in order with them, then personally I do not go to the dental chair - I am more picky than anyone. I liked everything: from the dialogue with the manager on the phone to the moment I left the walls of the clinic. In general, in institutions of this level there is a special spirit, let's call it corporate, which seems to prevent this well-established working mechanism from going astray.
